Milk Chocolate Caramelized Almonds

A milk chocolate version of our top selling Dark Chocolate Cocoa Almonds! We start with fresh California almonds which we lightly roast and then caramelize by hand, creating a thin & crispy caramelized shell. We then coat the almonds in three separate coats of Colombian milk chocolate, finally dusting them lightly with powdered sugar. The result is a slightly sweeter, crispy, deeply flavorful confection. Not too sweet, but just right.
