Shipping policy

 

We utilize FedEx and UPS to ship year-round and only within the contiguous lower 48 states.  We only ship to physical addresses, not to PO Boxes.

Although we carefully pack our products, once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx or UPS), the timing and manner of delivery is out of our control. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed in-house by our team and are generally shipped 1-2 days after you place your order.

Orders placed Thursday-Sunday generally ship the following week.

If you have a tight shipping deadline, please give us a call so we can work with you to get your package to its destination on time!

SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping cost is calculated by region, not by order size or weight.  This helps us to provide you with the lowest price possible.  However, rates do vary throughout the year, as it costs a great deal more to ship to hot weather locations.

Currently, our shipping rates range between $10.00 and $17.99 per order and based upon location.  Your total shipping cost will be provided at checkout (before your pay) when you enter your shipping address.

SHIPPING TO HOT WEATHER LOCATIONS

Shipping rates include complimentary ice packs and insulated packaging when shipping to hot weather locations.  

If your order is shipping to a hot weather location (70 F and above), please make sure someone is home to receive your package upon delivery to avoid melting! 

We cannot be responsible for packages left outside in the heat upon delivery.

IF YOUR ORDER IS A GIFT

We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival.  Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the package upon delivery to prevent it from sitting out in the heat.

CONFIRM SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please be sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is the correct physical address, including any apartment number.  We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you notice an error on your order after checkout, please notify us by calling 802-540-8378 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fix the error before your order is shipped.
